The Role

For the Dutch organisation, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager who combines strategic insight with hands-on execution. You will be a key member of the Dutch Management Team, contributing directly to strategic decision-making and organisational direction.

You will lead the full local HR agenda while reporting to the CHRO in Scandinavia. At the same time, you will be a trusted sparring partner to local leadership, operating confidently within an international matrix environment.

This is a pivotal role with real influence on culture, leadership and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate international HR strategy into a strong local people agenda
• Act as business partner to leadership, including the commercial/sales organisation
• Lead on performance management, salary reviews and workforce planning
• Manage complex employee relations and ensure compliance with Dutch employment law
• Address turnover challenges with structural solutions
• Further professionalise HR processes in collaboration with HR specialists
• Strengthen leadership capability and organisational culture

Your Profile

• 5–10+ years of progressive HR experience
• Proven experience in a matrix/international organisation
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law
• Independent, decisive and comfortable taking ownership
• Strategically strong, yet pragmatic and execution-driven
• Strong stakeholder management skills at both local and international level
• Fluent in Dutch and English
