Personaldata

For our activities, we collect and process personal data. This concerns data of (potential) candidates, as well as (potential) clients and other business relations. In general, we use this data to mediate suitable candidates for positions for which clients have engaged the services of Kennedy Executive Benelux. Additionally, we use personal data for (targeted) invitations to our activities and/or any press releases. We do not send newsletters. Persons interested in a permanent position, an interim role, and/or supervisory roles can submit their curriculum vitae via info@kennedybenelux.com or directly to the partners or employees of Kennedy Executive Benelux. Kennedy Executive Benelux treats this personal data confidentially and processes it in a secure database. This data is used exclusively for the services of Kennedy Executive Benelux: mediating candidates for a permanent position, an interim role, and/or supervisory roles and related activities. Candidates who register with Kennedy Executive Benelux in this way give their consent for the processing of personal data for that purpose.

All (potential) candidates and clients have the right to access the data that Kennedy Executive Benelux holds. Any (unintentional) errors in this data will be corrected as soon as possible upon your request. If you no longer wish Kennedy Executive Benelux to hold your (personal) data, you can make this known by sending a request to info@kennedybenelux.com. Within 48 hours, we will delete your data and notify you of this.

For the security of the (personal) data of (potential) candidates and clients, Kennedy Executive Benelux has taken several technical measures. Additionally, there is a clear protocol for partners and employees of Kennedy Executive Benelux on how to handle confidential data. In light of this, at least twice a year, a mandatory awareness session on privacy policy is held for the partners and employees of Kennedy Executive Benelux.
