Role Overview
The Group HR Operations Manager will lead hands-on global implementation and operational management of HRIS systems, working closely with regional teams to align and streamline international HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global HRIS/HCM implementation projects from analysis through technical deployment and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate closely with regional and group HR/IT and Operations teams to ensure system alignment with local requirements and successful global integration.
• Oversee technical integration and identity management systems.
• Implement and optimize global systems for senior leadership.
• Develop and manage HR analytics, providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Drive change and transformation management, ensuring effective adoption and alignment across international locations.

Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing global HRIS/HCM system implementations.
• Proven expertise in enterprise HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Strong technical and analytical skills, particularly in HR data management.
• Experience aligning international projects with regional business teams.
• Effective communicator capable of engaging global stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Hands-on, results-focused, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
